We hope our website provides readers with ideas for a memorable Hawaiian vacation.
The website was founded by Marta Cyperling and Michael Pflug; we are two Canadians who first visited Hawaii in 2011 and have been back several times since. To date we have visited Maui, Lanai, Kauai and the Big Island.
Our favorite spot is Black Rock on Kaanapali Beach in Maui. It’s a great place to relax on the beach, go for a swim and it also offers amazing snorkeling for both beginners and those with more experience. Our top adventure has been night snorkeling with manta rays on the Big Island.
Our favorite ‘day trips’ involve the ocean, and we often write about snorkeling, boat cruises and beaches.
Marta is a Ryerson University journalism grad and published writer who works in marketing and communications. She is the primary writer for the website.
Michael works in the IT industry, and has a love for history and politics. Michael is our tech support, captures amazing underwater photos and edits our videos.
